Stunning garden with stone circle, rich historical context, variety in room options
Parking situation is unacceptable!!! Only a few spots available while many guests arrive. The room layout could use significant improvement for convenience!!! consider updating the dining arrangements to prevent confusion during busy times!!!

I had a delightful stay at The Oxenham Arms. The historic charm of the place really struck me right away. My room, the King Room with Four Poster Bed, was cozy and stylish with such a comfortable bed. The attention to detail in the décor added to the overall ambiance. Breakfast was a highlight too, with a variety of tasty options that were well served. The friendliness of the staff stood out. They made me feel very welcome and were genuinely interested in making my stay enjoyable. I spent some time in the garden, which has stunning views of the countryside. The only drawback was the limited seating options in the dining area, especially for seniors. A little more accessibility could enhance the experience. this didn’t overshadow my enjoyable time here.

The grilled salmon was top-notch, making our taste buds dance! Plus, the staff were blooming brilliant and the evening meals, especially the lamb and mushroom gnocchi, were simply stellar.
The layout of the room was a bit of a head-scratcher, with a loo far from the hand basin—night-time mishaps awaited! Plus, parking was a bit of a ruckus with limited space.

Amazing stay with great vibes!
Had a fab time during our night here. The host was super fun and the food was just mouthwatering! We enjoyed some drinks in a cozy bar, and the garden was great for the kids to play. Only bummer was the noise from the nearby road, but it wasn't too bad. Definitely worth a visit!
